TERMS AND CONDITIONS​

 

  • 95% of our items in the store and webshop are margin items (so no VAT items)

  • No VAT is stated on the invoice for margin items. VAT is therefore not deductible.

  • If you want to know whether an article is a margin or VAT article, you can ask this by email. Feel free to send an email to info@retrodesignvenlo.nl

  • We sell our lamps excluding light bulbs. 

  • Your order will be shipped 1-2 business days after payment.

  • The delivery time within the Netherlands and Belgium is 1-2 working days.

  • We only sell original vintage (second hand) items. Considering the age of these items, there may be traces of use.

  • Electronic devices are tested by us and only sold if they are working. However, given the age of our products (often decades old), we cannot give a technical guarantee.

  • Given the age of the electronic devices, they are sold as collector's items and not as devices for intensive daily use.

  • We sell our lamps and electronic devices in their original condition, so also with the original wiring that does not always comply with current regulations. We recommend that you consult a qualified electrician before use.

  • We are not responsible for consequential damage due to misuse or due to a defect that we cannot foresee.

  • Typing errors and errors in the calculation of the shipping costs reserved.

  • Exchange is possible within 14 days after purchase/receipt of the item, provided that the item is in the same condition as when it was sold. Costs incurred for sending to the customer and/or returning or returning items are the responsibility of the buyer.

  • Our repayment term is max 14 days.

  • We are not liable for damage caused by third parties.

  • We pack our items very well before shipping. However, if damage has occurred during shipping, we are not liable for this.

  • We hold reserved items for a maximum of 7 days. After these 7 days, reserved items will be offered for sale again.

  • Photos from our website may not be used without permission.

  • We do not ship orders to a PO box.

  • Only orders with a clear name and telephone number will be processed.

  • We clearly state our item names on our invoices. We cannot make general terms of this.

  • We do not deliver items / furniture from third parties with our own delivery service.

  • Purchased furniture can be stored free of charge for two weeks. After two weeks, costs will be charged.
