We understand that it is sometimes difficult to properly assess whether the item will fit in your interior. It may turn out slightly differently than you had in mind. No point! We therefore give you 14 days to change your mind and the option to exchange or return the item.

Curious about how this works? We have made exchanging or returning as easy as possible for you.

Since we sell used design items, we do our very best to refurbish the products as well as possible. However, we cannot exclude any traces of use due to age and extensive previous use. If these are present on the visible sides of an item, or hinder the operation of the item, we will always state this as clearly as possible in the product description and show it on the product photos. Would you like additional information or detailed photos? Please contact us via the contact page. We strive for 100% transparency.

You can return the product and get the purchase amount back. However, keep the following rules in mind:

• Register your return by e-mail to info@retrodesignvenlo.nl and add 1 clear photo of the item before sending it, then send the track and trace code of the package, so that we know that your return is on its way.

• Fill in the withdrawal instruction form. You can download this documentherefind. Make sure that this document is included with the return shipment.

• Send the item in its original packaging and shipping box to the return address you received during the ordering process. Only returns to the correct return address will be processed.

• The costs for the return shipment are always for yourself.

• After receiving the return shipment, we will check the returned items and refund the purchase price within 14 days if approved.

• We only accept returns that are in the same condition as we sent them to you. .

• Always send your returns by insured mail, the risk of damage with a return shipment is the responsibility of you as a customer.

• Of course you can also return returns to us yourself. We are happy to schedule an appointment for this.

• Unfortunately, we cannot process incomplete return requests, which have not been reported to us correctly or in time, are not provided with 1 photo or are sent without a completed form, or are not processed in time.
